Welcome to Estella.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Estella. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Estella
Estella is a made-to-order embroidery brand creating personalized apparel and accessories.
Each product is individually embroidered after your order is placed.
2. Products
Because every embroidered item is produced individually:
- colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings;
- embroidery placement may vary slightly due to the handmade production process;
- thread colours may appear slightly different in person.
These small variations are considered normal and make every item unique.
3. Personalisation
Customers are responsible for checking:
- spelling
- names
- initials
- dates
- custom text
before completing their purchase.
Estella is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
If an error is made during production by Estella, we will replace or remake the product at no additional cost.
4. Production Time
Most orders are embroidered within 3–5 business days before shipping.
Production times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed are in Euros (€).
Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled or modified before production has started.
Once embroidery has begun, orders cannot be cancelled because they are custom made specifically for you.
7. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
Estella is not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers;
- customs processing;
- weather conditions;
- events outside our reasonable control.

Personalized embroidered products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
- logo
- designs
- product photographs
- graphics
- text
belongs to Estella and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Estella shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Estella's business operations.
Consumers residing within the European Union continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of their country of residence.
